Excuse me! I'd like to start by
thanking you all for coming tonight.
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
But we don't want to feel contrite
because we didn't warn you
of what is soon to come.
First, we need to get rid of you people.
Oh, not all of you, just some.
So those of you that are dumb, or have a
contagious or mental disease
or defect, or you're just of old age,
step forth from the crowd, please.
If you've a child under the age of six,
we need to get rid of them too.
Ya know, they just cost us more money,
so without them we'll have to do.
Let's talk about your food now
since we've got that out the way.
We need to start a rationing system
So we can conserve food, eh?
Parents should receive larger portions than children,
‘cause the kids aren’t that important, ya know.
The last thing we need is to increase the population,
So they’ll slowly but surely go.
Now, let’s have a nice discussion about housing.
We need more living space.
The populace isn’t down to a number we like,
so more families must live in one place.
We know there’s no set standard
and your families vary in size.
It may be a little cramped
So you’ll just have to improvise.
Employment’s important too,
And we don’t know everyone’s occupation.
But we’ll go down the list, and if we feel your service is not needed
You’ll just have to take a vacation.
Money something we just can’t waste, ya know,
we can’t pay everyone.
So you jobless ones, take leisure time
With the kids, just have fun!
The crowd doesn’t believe what they’ve just heard,
And wait to be told it’s a lie.
How can they just take away people’s jobs?
And even people’s lives?
And they’ll be starving people, too!
Do they not see the perversity in this?
No, it’s obvious that they don’t care Because while
everyone’s living in agony; they’ll be dwelling in bliss.
